WARNING: this is a vent...
I'm going to kill something or someone. i have this one class that won't listen. now i'm not talking a little bit of won't listen i'm talking about talking the whole time won't pay attention to anything listen. AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! i don't know what else to do. i've tried rewarding them for good behavior, i've tried reasoning with them, i've tried compromising, i even tried yelling at them. i don't know what to do anymore. do i have to go all drill sargent on them. cause i will. i understand now why the korean teachers hit them so much. i'm so fricking frustrated. and this is me. it takes quite a lot for me to lose my patience but i've lost it now.
every other class of my 17 listens. yes some are better than others but i have control of the class. this one no. they' re completely out of control. i'm so angry. this has ruined my whole day. my heart is pumping. i'm shacking i'm so angry. i don't wnat to have to become a major bitch but i don't see any other option.

a couple of things you could try:
1. Break them up. Assign seating by random numbers.
2. Find a way to get them to realize how disruptive they're being, and what the consequences of that behavior are. My suggestion would be to wait until they're just gone - all talking amongst each other - before breaking out the whistle. I mean a real loud mothafucking scream in your ear drill seargent whistle. And then explain to them the difference between the quietness that now surrounds them and the loud disruptiveness that they used to be producing. Then tell them that they don't actually have to be here and if they want to fuck around, they can just leave. The people who actually want to learn can stay and learn, and those who are disruptive will not be allowed to disrupt the class. And then you wait for one of them to start talking to his/her friend and you kick them out. LEAVE MY CLASS. YOU DON'T WANT TO LEARN, I DON'T WANT TO TEACH YOU. GO AWAY. Make an example out of someone.
Most importantly, be consistent!
3. Another option could be to change the environment. Move some desks around, move your own desk, go for walks inside the classroom. Change is always good.
